Ihunbo, situated within the Ipokia Local Government Area of Ogun State in the southwestern part of Nigeria, is a developing community. Spanning an estimated land area of 45,000,000 square meters, Ihunbo is home to several sub-villages. The community embraces a blend of Christianity, Islam, and traditional idol worship. The primary occupation of men in Ihunbo revolves around farming, while the majority of women engage in trade, with some also assisting their husbands in agricultural activities. The cultivation in Ihunbo focuses on various crops, including Teak trees, oil palm, cashew, cassava, cocoa yam, and vegetables. Notably, Ihunbo is known for its peaceful atmosphere and hospitable residents. Given its close proximity to the Nigerian/Cotonou border, the community also experiences a significant presence of Nigerian military, police, customs, immigration officers, and border patrol officials.

Our Ihunbo Project encompasses 1000 acres of fertile land and aims to yield a total of 12,000 tons of raw cassava tubers by the end of the season. Furthermore, we plan to establish additional facilities on the farm, such as a cassava chips processing factory, an administrative block/farmhouse, a tractor garage, a mechanical workshop, and a training center. It is worth mentioning that the recently acquired Ihunbo farm holds a Certificate of Occupancy issued by the Ogun State Government, and we anticipate commencing cultivation activities in the third quarter of 2023.
